Aalto Community

A communal contrast-therapy space on King William Road in Goodwood, set up by four friends from professional sport. Sessions start on the hour and run 60 minutes, moving between a traditional 12-person sauna at 85 to 95°C and three individual cold plunges kept at 4 to 10°C, with a tea lounge between rounds. The space holds about ten people per session. Casual entry is $35, and weekday 6am sessions run without music.
