Zen the Spa and the Bodylines Fitness Club at Al Ain Rotana, a five-star hotel on Zayed Bin Sultan Street, both have sauna and steam rooms. The spa adds a plunge pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, eight treatment rooms, a couples' suite and separate relaxation lounges for men and women. The gym is open 6am to midnight. A pool access pass for non-guests costs AED 150 for adults, daily 6am to 9:30pm; ask the hotel whether it covers the sauna.
