WYLD's Newmarket flagship on Railway Street is one of two branches in the group with Hot + Cold suites: a fully private room holding up to three people with an infrared sauna, an ice bath at 4-6C, a rainforest shower and a changing area. A 50-minute session is $100 for one, $140 for two and $180 for three, and sauna-only sessions start at $60. Chiropractic, massage, acupuncture and naturopathy share the building.
