Club Kingswood on Clayhill Lane describes itself as one of the largest privately owned independent health clubs in the UK, with a gym, classes, squash and padel. Its pool hall has a heated 11-metre pool, a chill-out area and separate male and female sauna and steam areas, open to over-16s. Mobile phones and cameras are banned in the pool and sauna areas. The club opens Monday to Friday 6am to 10.30pm and 8am to 6.30pm at weekends.
