Horizons is the gym, pool and spa at the independent Apollo Hotel by the Aldermaston Roundabout in north Basingstoke. The pool area, heated to over 30°C, has a steam room, a Scandinavian-style sauna and a spa pool, and a beauty salon offers massage and facials. Hotel guests use it free; local people can join from £33 a month or book a day spa package. It opens 7 AM to 8:45 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 7:45 PM at weekends.
