R3 Contrast

R3 Contrast is an independent contrast-therapy studio in the Archetype Building in Homewood, a few minutes from downtown Birmingham. Guided 45-minute sessions pair a traditional Finnish sauna with cold plunges, and first-timers get a walkthrough of breathing and cold exposure. A recovery lounge with coffee and tea is open before and after. Plans include unlimited sauna and plunge at $159 a month, a 5-pack and a free trial session.
