Oceania Le Conti is a four-star Art Deco hotel on Rue Emile Zola in central Brest, near the station. Its Spa Le Conti, run with the Sothys brand, sits under a glass roof beside a planted terrace, with a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a small fitness room. Local visitors can use the wellness area after booking a treatment or massage, for a supplement of 20 EUR per hour; the spa is open to the public Monday to Saturday 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
