Bristol Lido

Bristol Lido is built around a 24 metre outdoor pool, 1.2 metres deep, open all year round and heated between 20-24 degrees Celsius, with a virtual lane system. The Scandinavian Sauna sits at the far end of the pool next to the hot tub, heated to around 85 degrees with three tiers of benching and a window onto the water. A steam room near spa reception runs at higher humidity and lower heat, and two cold water drench buckets allow contrast bathing. The heat facilities are adults only.
