PATH Recovery

PATH Recovery in Pererenan operates a sauna and hot-and-cold plunge circuit alongside The Path yoga centre. The sauna runs at 80–95°C, the hot plunge at 40°C and the cold plunge at 6–9°C. The operator sells a ten-visit recovery pack and monthly unlimited access; the recovery area can also be privately booked for a limited session.
