The Plunge House is a members' recovery club on South Boulevard that pairs a Steam Rock Sauna with a personalised cold and hot plunge pod for contrast therapy. Entry is by member code and session times are booked in advance, with an intro offer for first-time visitors aged 18 and over who live locally. It opens mornings and evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, closes on Wednesday, and runs 9 AM to 2 PM at weekends.
