Cheltenham Lido Nordic Experience

Cheltenham Lido runs a bookable Nordic Experience on Keynsham Road, combining warm saunas with cold-water options that vary by day. The operator advertises ice baths or pools for cooling and offers online session booking. Check the current schedule before visiting because access to the lido changes through the year.
