Description
Saunabad Großer Teich is an independent sauna garden on the Großer Teich lake in Limbach-Oberfrohna, about 12 km west of central Chemnitz. Its 800 m² indoor area and 10,000 m² grounds hold three log-cabin saunas, two of them wood-fired, a gallery sauna with salt stones and a root banya, at roughly 70 to 95 °C. Guests cool off in a heated outdoor pool or in the lake itself. Aufguss sessions run six times a day; it opens daily from 11 am (last entry 7 pm), and a day ticket costs EUR 26.
