Description
Villa Energy is an independent fitness and wellness studio in a villa on Hofer Straße in Chemnitz-Sonnenberg. Alongside courses and personal training it has a Finnish sauna, a public infrared cabin, a separately bookable infrared fireplace room, a wet area, rest area and an outdoor lawn, with Kneipp douse or cold showers for cooling. A sauna day ticket costs EUR 16.90 without membership. It opens Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, with shorter weekend hours.
