Description
Contrast is a sauna and cold plunge studio in River West that runs infrared saunas and cold plunges in both a shared Community Room and Private Rooms with their own showers, alongside red light therapy, locker rooms and a recovery area. The first visit is free. It describes itself as equal parts recovery ritual and social reset. Open Monday to Friday 7 AM to noon and 3 to 8 PM, and weekends 9 AM to 6 PM.
