Description
Aqua Springs is the council-run spa at Leisure World on Cowdray Avenue, open to non-members on a pay-as-you-go basis. It has two saunas, a large steam room, a salt inhalation room, an aromatherapy room, two hydrotherapy pools, a monsoon shower, a cool pool and an ice cold plunge. Weekday entry is £20.50 and weekends £22.60; one sauna cabin is closed until further notice. The spa can be hired exclusively from £350.
