Ebb & Float

Ebb & Float calls itself a Social Wellness Club and offers float therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge and massage across two Columbus locations. The saunas are private infrared cabins that heat the body with near, medium and far-range infrared light rather than steam, fire or hot rocks, and the float tanks use Epsom salt water. Posted hours run 8:30am to 9pm Monday and Wednesday to Friday and 10am to 9pm at weekends, with Tuesday closed.
