Alive and Well Dallas

Alive and Well Dallas is a functional medicine and wellness club in Highland Park that opens its recovery amenities to the public with a $59 day pass. Members and day visitors use a traditional sauna and cold plunge for contrast therapy, plus infrared sauna sessions with red light and full-spectrum light panels. Diagnostics, IV therapy and aesthetics are offered alongside. Open Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday to 6 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.
