Cowboys Fit East Dallas

Cowboys Fit East Dallas occupies the former Tom Landry Fitness Center inside Baylor University Medical Center on North Washington Avenue. Recovery amenities include two infrared saunas and a co-ed dry sauna, plus cryotherapy and compression therapy, alongside a 40-yard turf, functional training area and boutique-style group classes. Guest passes are available for non-members. Open Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 10 PM, Friday to 8 PM and weekends 7 AM to 5 PM.
