Description
The West Side branch of The Recovery Room, a local walk-in recovery centre on North Resler Drive, pairs infrared sauna sessions with cold plunge tubs, contrast therapy, red light and compression boots. No appointment is needed. A 30-minute infrared sauna costs $15, a single cold plunge $10 and a full visit with all services $40. Open Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm and weekends 10am to 6pm.
