Description
The Retreat is the spa of Hotel Indigo on Catherine Street in central Exeter. It has an aromatherapy dry sauna heated to about 80°C, a steam room at over 40°C, a Niagara Falls rainfall shower and two hydrotherapy pools upstairs. Day visitors book spa packages with two hours of facility use, from £75 Monday to Thursday. It opens daily 10 AM to 6 PM, until 8:30 PM on Monday and Thursday evenings.
