Forus Gijón, known locally as El Talaso, occupies the former Talasoponiente thalassotherapy building on Poniente beach. Its spa has saunas, jacuzzis and hydrotherapy circuits alongside a fitness hall, swimming pool and summer outdoor pool. Spa access comes with an adult membership that includes it (from €74.80 a month), and Plus memberships add monthly guest invitations. Open Monday to Friday 7:00–23:00, weekends and holidays 9:00–21:00.
