PRIMAL

PRIMAL is a training club in Thảo Điền with a wellness floor that visitors can use without a workout. It has a hot stone sauna at 80–90°C, ice barrels and hot and cold magnesium baths. The recovery area also includes showers and a lounge, and it opens during the club’s weekday and weekend hours.

Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
