Description
An outdoor sauna site in woodland beside the canal at Slaithwaite Mills, a five-minute walk from Slaithwaite village and station. The wood-fired saunas are built from aspen and alder with large windows and run at about 80-85°C. Cooling is two single ice baths at 7°C and a four-person ambient tub, with open-air showers and a firepit. Standard sessions last an hour; silent, salt and mud, breathwork, sound bath and family sessions also run, and whole saunas can be booked privately.
