Total Fitness Hull is a large health club with three pools, including a 25m lane pool, a warmer family pool and a hydropool. Its heat treatment area has a sauna, a steam room and a sanarium. Access is through membership, and the club offers a free trial day pass. It opens 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9pm on Friday and 8am to 7pm at weekends.
