Description
AUM Sound Healing Center runs daily sauna and ice-bath sessions from 3 PM at its Wang Takien site. The published schedule lists a 400-baht drop-in with no advance booking needed, and the venue supplies aroma oils, sauna hats and herbal brooms. Yoga, sound healing, a restaurant and evening ceremonies also run on the campus, with separate booking for limited-seat sessions.
