AUTM HAUS

AUTM HAUS is a riverside social wellness club on Autumn Street in Fish Island, Hackney Wick, where guests move between a handcrafted Western Red Cedar sauna, cold plunges and outdoor rest spaces beside the River Lea, with a small fireplace in the evenings. Sessions are pre-booked and limited in number to keep the space calm, and include contrast therapy rituals, shorter morning resets and private hire. Open from 7:00 AM most days, until 11:30 PM Thursday to Saturday, closed Wednesday.
