Description
City Spa & Health Center is a Russian-style bathhouse on Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles built around a rock room heated to 180 to 220 degrees, with a steam room, a Himalayan salt sauna, an ice cold plunge, a pool, a gym, a sun deck, a silent room and a cafe serving lunch and dinner. Platza with an oak-leaf venik is performed on the top bench for $15, and European body wash and massage are offered. Entrance is $85; Mondays and Wednesdays are co-ed all day and Saturdays from 2 PM.
