Sweatheory

Sweatheory is an infrared wellness studio on Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles, with six private far-infrared sauna pods, each with its own shower, alongside infrared yoga, fitness and Pilates classes in a studio lined with untreated cedar and a pink Himalayan salt wall. A solo sauna session is $35 and a Social Sweat for two is $55; vitamin shots, IV drips and body treatments are also offered. Open 7 AM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM at weekends.
