Sukhino Express Wellness

Sukhino Express Wellness is a walk-in recovery studio on East Market Street in downtown New Albany, across the Ohio River from Louisville. Its infrared sauna dome is a private session: guests lie on a padded mat while the dome arches over the body, choose a temperature between 86 and 176 degrees, and stay up to 40 minutes. A one-credit visit costs $25. Open daily except Tuesday.
