AquaParcs Spa & Cold Plunge

AquaParcs runs a lakeside spa at Willen Lake, beside its inflatable water park, with a sauna looking out over the water, a cold plunge pool, a hot tub and a sun deck. Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £16 per person; the venue suggests 15 to 20 minutes in the sauna before each plunge and two or three rounds per visit. Session times are released through the online booking system.
