Contrast Club

Contrast Club is a private cold plunge and sauna studio on Bandywood Drive in Green Hills, where each booking gives one group its own room with a traditional sauna and a cold plunge for a 60-minute hot-cold cycle. A single session costs $35 and session packs and unlimited memberships are also sold. The studio is small and appointment-based rather than a drop-in bathhouse.
