House of Hudson is a day spa in a historic building on 4th Avenue North in Germantown, the Nashville branch of a small group that also has spas in Laguna Beach and Palm Desert. Alongside massage and facials it offers a sauna and cold plunge. The spa is closed Monday and Tuesday and opens 10 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday to Sunday.
