Urban Sweat's WeHo studio sits on Merritt Avenue in Wedgewood-Houston and offers the same private infrared sauna pods and cabins, red light therapy and cold plunge as the brand's other Nashville locations. Introductory rates are $40 for a sauna pod, $50 for a sauna cabin and $15 for a cold plunge, and the studio accepts HSA and FSA payment.
