Luzhou Civil Sports Center (蘆洲國民運動中心) on Changle Road runs a heated eight-lane 25-metre pool whose wet area includes a dry sauna (烤箱) heated to 70 to 80°C, a steam room at 40 to 45°C, a 36 to 39°C massage pool, a hydrotherapy pool and a room-temperature cold pool. A single swim ticket costs NT$110. The centre is open daily 6 am to 10 pm all year except Lunar New Year's Eve and the first day of the new year.
