The Headland Spa has a Swedish sauna, Cornish salt steam room, hydrotherapy pool, tepidarium beds and aromatherapy showers. Non-residents can book a two-hour Thermal Journey, priced at £20 Monday through Thursday or £30 Friday through Sunday. The spa is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, and advance booking is essential.
