Description
Saunassa runs two saunas, one wood-fired and one infrared, in a courtyard behind The Feel Good Building. Visitors can book drop-in contrast sessions that combine sauna with four cold baths and a plunge bucket; hot tubs are available in afternoon and evening sessions. The Newquay site opens daily, with its earliest sessions at 7 AM Tuesday through Friday.
