Description
The Lions' Den River is the original riverside site of The Lions' Den, a sauna garden on the banks of the River Wensum beside the Red Lion pub on Bishopgate. Two wood-fired barrel saunas look over the water, and sessions include five cold plunges at ambient, 10 and 5 degrees and a cold shower. Swimwear is required. A riverside cabin café serves food and drinks, and paddleboard hire runs in season.
