Sanctuary Wellness Studio in Flourtown, at 735 Bethlehem Pike north of Philadelphia, is built around a single infrared sauna room that a party has to itself for thirty minutes at a time. The studio sets infrared apart from traditional sauna, describing heat that works from the inside out at a lower temperature. Sessions are sold as a $40 drop-in, $190 for five or $345 for ten, and are non-refundable.
