Description
Pittsburgh's first dedicated infrared sauna studio, on Smallman Street in the Strip District, with six private infrared sauna suites heated to about 140°F and adjustable. The studio pairs infrared heat with colour therapy and was founded by a mother-and-daughter team. It opens Monday 11am to 7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am, and mornings only at the weekend; it is closed on Thursdays.
