Description
Gaia Spa is the adults-only spa of Boringdon Hall, a five-star manor house hotel in Plympton on the edge of Dartmoor. Its heat experiences include a Finnish sauna, a Laconium herbal sauna, a crystal salt steam room and a traditional steam room, with experience showers, a 30°C indoor pool, a hydrotherapy pool with an outdoor swim-through and outdoor hot tubs. Day guests are welcome on spa days and treatment packages; facilities run 6am to 10pm daily.
