Hálogi

Hálogi is a wood-fired sauna in a converted horsebox at Royal William Yard on Plymouth's waterfront. A Finnish stove holds it at about 90°C, and one-hour sessions alternate sauna rounds with sea dips or three ice baths. Community sessions cost £15 per person, and a private session for up to six costs £60 an hour. Swimwear is required in the sauna and guests must be 16 or over.
