Melt Well

Melt Well is a sauna and plunge studio on Creedmoor Road in North Raleigh that works entirely in private suites. Sessions are 40 minutes in a private infrared sauna at about 140 degrees, or 60 minutes of contrast therapy combining the sauna with a cold plunge, with red light therapy as an add-on. Suites have their own sound and TV, and a guest can join for an extra fee.
