Description
SWTHZ (SweatHouz) Seaboard Station is a contrast-therapy studio in the Seaboard Station shopping district north of downtown Raleigh. Each 60-minute booking is a private suite with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a vitamin C shower. A drop-in session costs $70 and an intro session $40, with packs and memberships also sold. Validated parking is available in The Signal deck.
