Description
The Barns at Wellington is a countryside health club on the Wellington Estate at Stratfield Saye, south of Reading, with a members' gym, padel courts, reformer Pilates and recovery treatments. Its infrared sauna is offered as bookable sessions of gentle heat therapy alongside cryotherapy for cold. The club is open 7 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 6 PM at weekends.
