All Heart Cold Plunge & Sauna

A private recovery suite inside Great Day Personal Training on Middle Road in Henrietta, south of Rochester, run by owner Marty Butler. It offers an infrared sauna with Bluetooth audio, a cold plunge and compression boots, with no shared locker rooms or public spaces, and guidance on breathing for the heat and the cold. Sessions are booked by appointment, either after a training session or on their own.
