A family-run recovery lounge on Long Pond Road in Greece, founded by cousins Katie and Kari. Its sauna rooms combine full-spectrum infrared heat with red light therapy in 45-minute sessions ($35), alongside 20-minute cold plunge sessions ($22) and 50-minute contrast sessions ($52); salt therapy can be added for $15. Open 7:15am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm Friday, 8am to 3pm Saturday and 11am to 3pm Sunday.
