Asha Urban Baths

Sacramento's Curtis Park bathhouse calls itself "a communal gathering place to restore wellbeing through heat and water" and keeps the format simple: a soaking pool, a sauna, a cold plunge and a lounge, with massage, skin care and salt therapy as add-ons. A $39 drop-in covers all four. Swimwear is required, all hours are all-gender and age 15+, and no phones, tablets or smart watches are allowed inside. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM, with silent and social spaces rotating on a schedule.
