Description
The Ice Bath Club River Valley, at 241 River Valley Road, is one of four Singapore clubs of a drop-in recovery chain. It pairs large communal plunge pools kept at 3–10°C with a social sauna of aromatic wood and open rock beds held at 90°C and a hot magnesium salt bath, plus a cafe serving coffee and açai bowls. There is no booking; it opens daily 7am to 10pm, and a single pass costs S$55 (S$45 off-peak, weekdays 10am–5pm) with shorts, towels and electrolytes provided.
