Description
Sauna Bath House is a sauna-focused recovery house in Singapore Land Tower, a minute from Raffles Place MRT. It has two saunas built from Estonian timber: a dry room held at 95°C and a competition-grade Aufguss sauna at 85°C built to Aufguss.it specification, with daily Aufguss sessions and its own Aufguss school. A 6–8°C cold plunge, two ice showers and a 42°C magnesium pool complete the circuit. A 2-hour walk-in costs S$55 and a sauna-only full day S$68.
