FLOAT STL Maryland Heights

The second FLOAT STL location sits on Weldon Parkway in Maryland Heights, north-west of St. Louis, and shares the chain's recovery menu of infrared sauna, float therapy, Normatec compression and chair massage. The infrared cabins run cooler than a traditional sauna, roughly 110-135°F, and are booked as private sessions. Cold plunge and the 45-minute contrast therapy package are sold at the Midtown branch only. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, closed Monday and Tuesday for cleaning.
